Cancellation Policy
Need to Cancel? No problem! I kindly ask to please respect my time and give me at least 48 hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. This gives me enough time to reach out to other clients who are trying to get in! I understand life happens. The first time a client misses an appointment, a note in their file will be made. All future missed appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% fee. If there is a no call/no show or if you cancel the day of, you will be charged a 100% fee. For repeat cancellations, I hold the right to decline future services or charge a 100% cancellation fee before future bookings. Thank you!
